Is it Mumbai or 'Bomb'-Bay?

It was again city of dreams Mumbai, few days back which was again under terror attack.That black Wednesday was witness of another barbaric terrorist attack on Mumbai.The bomb blasts have outraged every patriotic Indian. No civilized nation can allow this kind of barbaric inhumanity to be partly or fully supported or sponsored by any neighbor or domestic insurgents.

In terms of our sovereignty, unity and integrity and our feeling of nationalism, terrorism strikes at each one of them. This is the enormity of the problem that we are addressing. Since past 20 years India is facing this proxy war of Terrorism and gradually this demon has taken giant shape.The terrorist activities and syndicate has grown since then it is spreading it roots and shoots in whole nation.Recent Mumbai attack was an example of their off-shoots and was reminder for all of us that how big is this problem and reminded us the loopholes in our security and intelligence.




These days India is facing multifarious challenges in the management of its internal security. There is an upsurge of terrorist activities, intensification of cross border terrorist activities and insurgent groups in different parts of the country. Terrorism has now acquired global dimensions and has become the challenge for the whole world.

It is not only Mumbai which has encountered numerous attacks since 1993.Be it Varanasi,Jaipur,Delhi, Bangalore,Pune.Terror strikes have grown and now they are targeting tier two cities.
Among all these cities Mumbai was always the favorite destination for terror strikes.The only reason to be prime target is Mumbai being Financial hub and capital of india it is the cynosure of whole world.It is the well know fact that all terror activities are having a strong financial and technical backup.
The reach and methods adopted by terrorist groups and organization take advantage of modern means of communication and technology using high tech facilities available in the form of communication system, transport, sophisticated arms and various other means. This has enabled
them to strike and create terror among people at will.
The only way to counter terrorism is the Intelligence and Strong political will to implement strong laws against terrorism.




After the 9/11 attacks on the world trade center the world's outlook towards the terrorist and terrorist organization has changed the laws have become much more stringent to curb such activities. The Indian outlook also changed specially after the 13 December attack on the Indian parliament which is seen as a symbol of our democracy then it became necessary to enforce a law which would be more stringent so that no culprit should walk freely.Since the lapse of TADA in 1995 there was continuous demand for strong laws.
And these are the two loopholes i.e. Intelligence and political will to frame strong laws where we lack.The bureaucratic paralysis has always stalled the implementation of strong laws and proactive intelligence approach.

Firstly the system which we need to counter complex terrorist threat that India will face in next few years is precise and proactive approach of intelligence about individuals and their intentions capabilities and locations that allow to arrest,kill or otherwise disrupt them before they can attack.That is achieved by electronic interception and human agents penetrating their networks.
We can take example of UK where after 2005 attack in London they sharpened their intelligence teeth and dig them deeper on radical groups active there ,and in 2009-10 they arrested more than 650 people on the basis of suspicion of terrorism.This helped them foiling any further future attacks and we have the live example ,since then London is living in peace.

Secondly comes the dedication to frame strong laws to curb terror threats.After 9/11 attacks US outlook towards terrorism has changed drastically.US realised the fact a strong law will be needed to spoof terrorism and enahnce their stealth internal security.
The Patriot Act has played a key part and often the leading role in a number of successful operations to protect innocent Americans from the deadly plans of terrorists dedicated to destroying America and their economy.Congress passed the 'USA PATRIOT Act' in response to the terrorists attacks of September 11, 2001. The Act gives federal officials greater authority to track and intercept communications, both for law enforcement and foreign intelligence gathering purposes.Although it grants many of the enhancements sought by the Department of Justice, others are concerned that it does not go far enough.

Even our neighbor Pakistan has got such stringent laws against Terrorism.The creation of anti terrorist courts and giving wide powers of arrest and interrogation to the police and army has opened the door to grave those who violates the laws.

However in contrast to our Indian anti terror law scenario if we give a look we still don't have a full fledged strong law sgainst terrorisma and terror activities.We do have a law in early 90's called TADA(Terrorist and Disruptive Activities) When TADA was enacted it came to be challenged before the Apex Court of the country as being unconstitutional. That also got dissolved beacuse of vested political interests and vote bank politics.Then NDA government tried bringing POTA(Prevention of Terror Act) but later government brought drastic changes in it saying it is very unconstitutional.The new act does not define the word terrorist in its definition clause but defines a terrorist act.This made this law impotent and worthless.

It is normally said that terrorism is a low intensity war. But the loss, which our country has suffered in the last two decades due to the rise of terrorist activities, has been on a very large scale.This country has fought four high intensity wars and in those wars we have lost more then 6000 people. We have already lost more then 70000 civilians. In addition, we have lost more then 9000 security personnel. Almost six lakh people in this country have become homeless as a result of terrorism.Every year we are spending massively on our defence beacuse of this hidden threat of terrorism.This year's Defence budget was something around 36.03 billion dollars.Spending billions of dollars won't going to change the situation, the only thing that can bring changes is our strong top level command to implement vigilant and proactive intelligence.And unanimous consensus to frame strong laws.It becomes very necessary in a country like India that if a law regarding terrorism is enacted it should be made so stringent that the culprit be bought to book and does not go scot-free just because of the loopholes and lacunaes in the ordinary law because when our neighboring nation Pakistan which is the cause of perpetrating terrorism in India and can have such stringent laws why can not we have such laws.

Therefore it is the time to do something concrete on grounds of reality.Let us all understand the problem we are now dealing with. And this problem requires various kinds of provisions. Legitimate power has to be given because this is an extraordinary situation. Extraordinary situations require extraordinary remedies.Otherwse suck black wednesday's and black friday's are never going to end each day and each year will be remembered as black day and black year.And slowly people will forget everything and life goes on till the next bomb explodes...

Indian Governance a Private Limited Company

Absurd as it sounds but the truth is infront all of us.Its up to us whether to accept or deny this fact that current Indian political fiasco is clear show of corporate governance.Where board members are the decision makers and CEO and CFO are the executors of the orders. Quite similar is the scenario of our UPA government.
Mr prime minister is undoubtdly is the CEO of this company(UPA) whereas Madam Sonia Gandhi ,Rahul Gandhi are the core board members.
Similarly Kapil Sibbal (Kutil Sibbal this is his nick name given by people of India for his dual statements and policies which he keeps promising but never fulfills) and P.Chidambaram are the Chief managers and Managers,wheras Pranab da is the CFO of this organisation.

As we know CEO of the company is the face of the organisation,so is Mr Manmohan Singh a very sweet sober and clean image politician who has never taken a single penny which he doesn't deserves. He is the only accountable person to people of India.All the decision making powers are with board members which seems like Madam sonia ,rahul and priynka are carrying the legacy of Gandhi dynasty.
its like they are the disguised king and queens of this country ,only the throne is with the CEO,rest else powers are enjoyed by them not by the CEO.
Everytime an incident happens people of this nation look forward towards its PM(Mr.CEO) but everytime he politly escapes the scene by showing his innocence that I wasn't aware ,I wasn't part of it,I'm not a lame duck and blah blah..but on grounds of reality he has not taken a single promising step.He never addressed people of this country and never felt ashamed of his government and ministers wrong deeds,insted he kept mum all the time and remained behind the curtain. Is this he was elected for ,or is this the Indian prime minister should be?
Who is accountable for all these political dramas going on.Every day a new blot is added to Indian politics image.
When people of this country are trying to raise the voice their voice is being crushed.Is this the democraccy whose trumpet we keep blowing all over the world.To hell with such a political system.
Mr.Kuti sibbal he is the legend in plotting conspiracies and fooling people of India,states that we are the elected bodies we have the rights,can some one tell him you are elected by the for the people.And when people doesn't like you ,they can throw you out of this anytime. If civil society doesn't have right to agitate who else we raise the voice,shall we let them do whatever they wish.A day will come when they will bid India for some geen pieces of paper ,yes they can because they have already sold their souls and inner self.They are so much overwhelmed with their political powers and rights that they can't see the reality.
Indian doesn't needs a agitation like of Egypt,Indians are not of that genre.But if this monarchy government continues I think power of people can do anything anyday.

critiacally thinking we are also not in position to give someelse the chance to run this nation.BJP a party of Hindutva and Natinalism as core agenda is itself facing internal conflicts. After any poltical drama blame game starts between BJP and congress. Congress says BJP's every action is backed by RSS,while BJP blames UPA's poor policies and weak prie minister.Tell them even if they come to power do they have consensus over a single name.Do they have strong person to be nominated as PM of this nation.few years back they were also the policy makers why didn't then they did the reforms like Lokpall bill.

Actually the fact is the our political arena is so dirty that its hard to find a single blotless fellow there,whosoever enters this arena of dirty game becomes a part of it and doesn't remains intact.

Now we have to rethink over this issue and try to bring reforms in Indian political system and bring down this Private Limited company.So that coming years for Indian could be stable and hassle free.This is the right time for India to strengthen this movement and give momentum to it.Otherwise once this spark will put off..it will again take ages to arise and awake citizens of India.

India these days facing leading scams of corruption and forgery.So called largest democracy of the world is also largest and widest in range of scams and piling up black money.

Spectrum 1:
Since Mr.Manmohan Singh has came to power second time this puppet government has failed to prove to itself in every aspect be it political, social or issues of National Integrity .
Year 2011 began with the hullabullu of CWG scam which was one of the biggest ever scam in the history of any Nation. CWG fiasco has disclosed whole world that how sports are promoted in India where every single penny was shared among all top officials ,contractors and beaurocrats..

Till the time things were not unvealed everything seemed to be on track.This is actually beauty of Indian governance nobody is bothered about what's going on under their nose.We are now used to whistleblower politics when someone discloses some facts and then administration awakes from sleep that smomething is going wrong so its time to patch up. Non completetion of projects,dirty games village ,mismanagement and extravagent expenditures of this Games has made this sporting event more a Money making event for the organizers of this Flop Show. This even not only faded image of Indian Sporting authorities also it told whole world that be it any event if it comes to India we won't leave it without corruption.
It was really surprising the contarcts which could be given to indian companies in meagre amount were given to foreging companies in billions of rupees.Kalmadi now is in jail but from past 20 years he was not letting anyone to come his way. Kalmadi and his group has done such a money making in this busisness that they even don't know how much to spent on which project. Heft amounts were spent on enhancement of existing stadiums,whereas in such big amount a new stadium could have been built in some other city of this nation. Such a big big loopholes were not visible to our poor bhole bhale Manmohan Singh. Being a primeminister of a nation menas you owe certain responsibility to event which are done only when PMO nods his head. But here as all of us know who nods Mr. singhs head (Madam ji).Its ridiculous to hear from prime minister of our nation that I was not aware of all this. I'm not lame duck if this is not a lame duck then tell us what a lame duck means. Don't you think Mr Primeminister that you have super authorities in your hands still you can't do anything. Why ? who has tied up your hands .As a leader of nation you are the only person who is accountable to the people of this nation.
Everyone knows as person you must be a good scholar a good economist..but as a leader you are not.

This is in actual a spectrum issue.2G scam wow what a name name itself defines the weigthage and vastness of this scam this must be Big.Yes it is.Here comes one more King of corruption A.Raja .Irony is that after being Telecom minister his swiss accounts and assets really made him RAja in terms of wealth.Nobody has exact figures about his health, but heas has served the nation by giving a jerk of juts only 1.76 lakh crores of rupees just 1.76 lakh crores. Why i'm emphasising on just 1.76 lakh crores is because I know that surely sooner some new Raja will come in power and will definitely beat these figures.Scale of coming scams will be much bigger. This guy has sold spectrum licenses like oninon and potatoes sold in vegetable markets.our poorr PM has no idea whats going on.He simply nodded his head .He is so innocent that innocency will get ashamed of his innocency..
A nation where still biliions of people are dying because of hunger,where n number of villages who lack in basic infrastructure,where there is desperate neeed of lots of school and colleges in such a nation billions of hard earned money is being disposed to such corrupt politicians and beaurocrats.
Again a whistle blower came and shook the government to get awaked and created panic.Now the enquiries will be done panels will be created and case wil be filed and the investigations journey begins which has no upper limit its limit in mathematics like 0-infinity where 0 is obsolete limit but infinity seems very promising in Indian context of judiciary.

I have know idea till when people of this nation will keep choosing such a weak leadership.Everyone is keeping mum. Even though facts are infront of all of us that this government has failed curb corruption ,failed to cease price rise inflation.Still we don't want to change.Its the time to change and do amendments in law and law making bodies bills like of Lokpal should be introduced .All this is only possible with the participation and strong will power to bring change to this country else there are so many Raja's and RAju's are there who are ready fill their pockets anytime.
